As most of you may be aware, we have entered a3-day lock downas of 29th March 2021 (Monday) from 5pm through until 5pm Thursday 1^stApril 2021.

Hope that this will be only 3 days and we can all go about business as usual.

Inspections – sales and rentals

The Chief Health Officer has allowed open house inspections by private appointment only during the lockdown period. The REIQ recommends that physical inspections are limited to two people only, inclusive of the agent.

Where possible, we must opt to use virtual alternatives that do not involve physical contact.
